The CSDS institution gave me a 2013 media fellowship in view of this interest. I have received the Ladli Media Award for the report on the issue of discrimination against girl child infants in Bihar. Later wrote a novel on the subject of Kosi, named Radio Kosi. Apart from this, I am also interested in the politics of Bihar, culture here, history here and heritage.
