About the Author: 

Mridul Sharma is currently a Class 12th student at K.R. Mangalam World School, Vikas Puri, New Delhi; who is also a biology fanatic. He has attended Summer Programs at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor for the course “Catalysis, Solar Energy, and Green Chemical Synthesis” in 2018 and “Tissue Engineering” at Stanford University in 2019. He has also presented the paper titled “Effects of Exercise and Sleep on Learning” in a National Conference and presented and published the paper “Descriptive Study of the Role Played by Exercise and Diet on Brain Plasticity” in an International Conference held at Dubai, for which he received the Best Presenter award. In 6th grade, he was also telecasted on Zee News for the program “Meet Kids with Psychic Powers” for Extrasensory perception skills.
