Author Binoy Mukhopadhyay (1909–2002) pen name ‘Jajabor’, started his career as a journalist in a number of Bengali dailies, and subsequently joined the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. Translator, Sujit Kumar Das joined the West Bengal Civil Service. At present, he works as the Joint Commissioner of Revenue, Government of West Bengal.
